Room 150
Room 150 is located across the hall from the main computer lab and features newer iMacs. The room has a seating capacity of 21 and may be reserved for one-time demonstrations or for semester-long classroom instruction. When classes are not using the lab, the classroom computers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to all campus students. There is also an lcd projector in the room.
The room is available free of charge for the teaching and research needs of UW-Madison faculty and staff, as well as core educational outreach programs. Other UW-Madison related groups may rent the facilities for trainings, workshops and/or presentations. All activities must be related to the mission of the University.
Occasions where lab will NOT be available free of charge include:
- Federal grant funded trainings and workshops
- Outreach programs that charge clients a fee to attend and instructors are non-university employees or university employees charging a fee.
Rates for Classroom
Daily – $300 . 1/2 Day – $200 . Hourly – $65
Rates do not include custom software installations or workstation customization. There is a charge of $50/hour to install software or change the configuration of the machines.
